When a booking is made online, Dedicated Travel & Tourism Search-engine & E-booking requires from the user to log in or register with us.

If you are not logged in - you will be prompted to login or to register.

Once you have logged in or register the "Booking Cart" will display your selected items. (see the example below)

 Booking Cart

• Session time = 100 minutes is allowed to complete the "Booking Cart" process.

• When the time expires the selected products/items will be removed and be put back for availability on the system.

• Remove an item by clicking the "Remove this one" button.

• If you want to remove several items at the same time mark the select boxes next to the "Remove this one" button you wish to remove and then the "Update" button.

• Change your option by selecting the value from the drop-down menu and wait for the updated data to load.

• Change the "Number of units, rooms, stands for the day".
• Note that only the maximum allowed will be added and displayed.

• The total displayed is per item inclusive of the options.

• The subtotal display the total of all the items listed in the "Booking Cart".

• Add more items by using the "Add More" button, the "Quick search" or the "" or the "Price per day Person/Stand/Unit".

• Click the "Make Booking" button to continue with the Booking Cart process.

• The next page is an overview of the Day(s)/Item(s) selected for Booking. Please check that the itinerary is correct. Click the "Continue" button if correct.

• Personal Information. Click the "Continue" button if your information is correct or click the "Change address" button to change your information.
• Type additional information or requests if any in the text-box to be send with your booking.

• Minimum payment option.
  • Ignore this section if you willing to pay the full amount.
  • If you paying a deposit then type the word "Deposit" into the text-box end click the "activate" button.

  

• This will enable the minimum payment option and will calculate a 50% deposit payment for this booking.

• Next are the payment options.
• The payment options available for the items listed will be displayed.

• If more than one option is available, click the selection box.

• Click the continue button at the bottom of the page to continue.

• Conformation of the booking.
• This page gives a summary of all the Booking Cart process.
• If any information is not correct, an edit option is available, click the green (Edit) markers. 
  

• We only process bookings for persons who agree to our terms and conditions.
• Credit card payments will be directed to a payment portal.

• On completion a conformation page will be displayed. (see an example image below)
